KAMA TYRES, the tyre manufacturing business of TATNEFT Group, traditionally took an active part in the celebration of Sabantuy in Nizhnekamsk every year. The festivities were held on June 12 on the square of the Ilyinka cultural and sports complex. Within the event, an exhibition of products of the leading enterprises of the city, including KAMA TYRES, was organized. The company presented passenger car and truck tyres designed for different operating conditions, as well as unique tyres for the Single Modular Plarform project - "Cortezh".
The guests of the event were able to see the products of the Viatti brand, including exclusive models made in different colours. So, there were coloured passenger car tyres in the standard size 225/45R18: "green" Viatti Strada Asimmetrico summer tyres, "white" Viatti Brina winter non-studded tyres and "red" Viatti Brina Nordico studded tyres. In addition, the visitors could see SUV models of the brand: Viatti Bosco H/T summer tyres of 235/55R17 size and Viatti Bosco Nordico winter studded tyres of 285/60R18 size.
KAMA TYRES presented also new generation all-steel tyres for trucks - KAMA PRO. All models of the brand are distinguished with the new design and the mix of the rubber compounds, which increase the service life up to 20% in comparison with the previous models of all-steel KAMA tyres. The guests of the exhibition were able to see KAMA PRO NU 404 tyres of 16.00R20 size with adjustable pressure (for use on any axle of all-wheel drive trucks) camouflaged in corporate colours, as well as KAMA PRO NF 203 tyres of 315/70R22.5 size (for the steering axle of trucks and buses) and KAMA PRO NT 203 of 385/65R22.5 size (for trailers and semi-trailers of trucks).
The joint product of KAMA TYRES and FSUE NAMI – the tyres for the president’s limousine, developed within the Single Modular Platform project - “Cortege”: KAMA NK-133 summer model of 255/55R20С size and KAMA NK-533 winter studded model of 255/55R20С size – attracted the greatest attention of the visitors. Although the new tyres are for the passenger car segment, their performance characteristics are close to the KAMA all-steel truck tyres - the all-steel cord construction provides extra load capacity, while the tyres can be used in a wide temperature range and are ready for heavy duty.

This year not 25,000 people or so attended the holiday. The program includes a musical concert and an exhibition of city artists. In addition, the guests could enjoy the national corners of the House of Friendship of Peoples, the spectacular "batyrs’ battle", the village courtyard with items of rural life and artisans' sites with their souvenirs made of clay, leather and wood.
